What is an e-ticket?

An electronic ticket (e-ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number assigned to passengers in place of the paper ticket.

How will I get my e-ticket details?

Your ticket details will be sent to the email address you provided when booking. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 8 hours of making your booking with Wagnistrip Pvt. Ltd., please call our Customer Care Representative. Wagnistrip Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable if customers do not comply with this requirement.

Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me?

Yes, it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by Wagnistrip Pvt. Ltd. In the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, Wagnistrip Online Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible if the Airline does not issue a boarding pass/ disallow you from travelling.

How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?

You need to show your e-ticket confirmation email and e-ticket along with a photo identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airline check-in counter. Thereafter the airline representative will issue your boarding pass.

Prepaid Ticket Advice ("PTA")

A PTA is a Prepaid Ticket Advice. We will give you a PTA number that you need to present at the airport check-in counter of the airline. The airline representative will print and give you your ticket at that time.

4. Refund Policy

I cancelled a ticket, how and when will I get a refund? - Wagnistrip
Your cancellation charges will be assessed in accordance with the airline's policies. Your refunded ticket will be repaid to your original method of payment within 24-30 business days. Customers will be asked no questions.


The refund will be determined by the hotel's cancellation policy, the time of cancellation, and any processing costs, among other factors. In the case that a non-cancellable booking (s) is cancelled, the customer will not be repaid the amount paid to make the reservation(s).


In cases visa is Rejected / Refused OR the application is withdrawn, The fees will be non-refundable.


Please note that the passport fee is Non-refundable and non-transferable. Fee,once charged, will not be refunded even in cases where passport is rejected or the application is withdrawn.


You would be able to cancel up to 24 hours before your booking date and get the 50% paid value in a Future Cruise Credit. After 24 hours of book date if you will make the cancellation, it will be a non-refundable deposit cancellation.


In case of cancellation, Payable amount will be non-refundable.
